The 20 bargain-priced rooms, refurbished since the tsunami, are large, beautiful, and fully equipped. This is a private beach on a tiny island with tropical birds and sea turtles for neighbors and rocking chairs on the porch. Take a long tail boat trip around the island, go fishing, beach foot ball is fun, or just do what should be done on in a tropical paradise: nothing. Motorbikes can be rented from the Koh Kho Khao Resort to tour the island. Two restaurants serve Thai Chinese and western food and look out on the sea.
